To be able to view or type the language that different to your default setting, you need to:

1. Have the software installed (you can get this from the Windows 2000, Windows Me or Windows XP).

2. Change the code setting on your browser:
eg. for internet Explorer, click the View on the top menu on your browser, then Click the Encoding, Select the right language code from the drop menu, e.g.. GB2310 for Chinese Simplified.
